Dear Prayer Warrior... Thank You

We have been excited over how the Lord has been encouraging, restoring and elevating many of us under the covering of CT. Here is just one example of how he has answered prayer and brought prosperiety:

Dear Prayer Warrior,

God did exactly what He said He was going to do with me!!! Back at the end of January when I was told me that I didn't have a job at Marathon Oil any longer and He said that He was moving me to a better place. It was very difficult for me to comprehend that what He told me would come to pass -- but that's all I had to cling to. I learned to walk in peace and submission to Him and just to trust Him at His Word.

Well, here it is almost 5 months later and here I am. More money that I ever dreamed and absolutely great people to work with. The hours are 6:30-4:30 and I have to drive to Humble right at the corner of Bush airport but the drives is easy and about 40 minutes. The job is wonderful and it's what I do best. The best of all is that I am now considered a Senior Buyer and back doing what I know best.

God is so awesome and has been so good to me that I can just barely stand it. I should have all of my payments for my car back up to date within 8 weeks. It's so wonderful to see what God has done with me.

My prayer now is that He will roll me over to join the permanent ranks of the Chevron personnel so that I have stability and benefits. As an employee I believe there is more opportunity for me to stay here long term and longer than if I only stayed as a contractor.

For two years my prayer has been: 1) $65k/yr job (GOT IT), 2) keep my dog (GOT HER), and 3) nice place to live (working). He gets all of the credit.
